CBSE Board Exam 2014: Class 10 results to be announced in May 

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to declare class X results in mid May. Students can view their results on the official website of the board-www.cbse.nic.in

Students can also get their results through telephone an SMS services arranged by CBSE.

This year, a total of 13, 25,627 students applied for the Class X exam, which is an increase of 5.5% from the 12.59 lakh students attempted in 2013. Among that, 7.29 lakh students appeared for the school-based exams, whereas around 5.96 lakhs students sat in the external Board exams.

CBSE affiliates all Kendriya Vidyalayas, all Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, private schools and most of the schools approved by central government of India.
